But in the mean time, here's another recipe that incorporates our favorites! These quick and easy pancakes are super filling, so I know it will get my boys through until lunch. They are only 4 ingredients, which makes them easy enough to make even on a school day.
We make these at least once a week, and my boys gobble them right down!

Ingredients
(Makes one pancake, so I always double, or triple)
1 Banana
1Egg
1/4 Apple chopped
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
In a small bowl, mash the banana.
Mix in the egg, apple, and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.
Pour all of the batter in to a preheated fry pan.
Cook 4-5 minutes on one side, turn, and cook for another 4 minutes.
We top ours with natural nut butter and 100% maple syrup.
